Hailey was the listing agent on a house next door that was similar to ours. Our intention was to move and downsize in a year or two as our youngest was about to start her senior year in high school. I contacted Hailey because I was interested in the activity and how the home was being priced. That discussion led our decision to list our house with Hailey immediately after our neighbors sold. We remember liking the changes so much that we considered staying in the home which was comical. We had multiple offers and settled on the best which was slightly above our ask. This was part of the strategy. Perfect. The only issue was we didn't have a new place of our own and the rental prices were crazy. We needed the buyers to be patient and allow us some time after the close. Hailey and her team navigated the difficult situation. We took 8 weeks after the close looking at both rentals and homes to buy before we found the right one. All that time the new owners allowed us to stay, and Haily made very favorable arrangements that took very little out of our pockets. Once we found our new home, Hailey worked equally as hard on the buy side to negotiate a great price and overcome any obstacles. We are very happy with her service and feel a little lucky because everything worked out so well and it would not have happened if she was not the agent listed on the home next door.
